If you are hospitalised or at the Emergency department and need a
cultural mediator, just ask the hospital staff who will provide you
with one. If you need assistance while receiving treatment in
hospital without being hospitalised, you can go to the info point
of the "Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico", the Public Relations
offices located both at the Maggiore and the Cattinara hospital,
where you may request that a cultural mediator be made available
for you.
On Mondays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., a cultural mediator
is present at the Cattinara hospital - ground floor, booth next to
the moving staircase.
