"Locazione Trasparente" is a Housing Service Scheme implemented by the University of Trieste, the Regional Student Rights Service ERDISU and the Italian Agents Association F.I.M.A.A.. The aim of the programme is to provide students, researchers and grant holders with "approved" accommodation offers. 

Beneficiaries of the Housing Service Scheme are Italian and mobile students, researchers and grant holders of organisations participating in the WELCOME OFFICE in TRIESTE. For more information about Welcome Office partner click here.

Higher accessibility, transparency and economic advantages are the key factors in this initiative, goal of which is offering a housing service and benefits package.

Do you need help?
F.I.M.A.A.:
- guarantees suitable and safe rented housing (safety inspection and control)
- verifies if furniture is in a good, acceptable state
- gives advice about connecting to supply lines
- helps to draw up and register contracts
- gives advice about insurance policy (third party property and fire damage)
- requests the payment of only one month rent (plus 21% VAT) for the service  

The tenant will be required to pay a deposit of two months rent.
